Complaints Procedure
“A complaint is an expression of an unmet expectation.”
If the execution of the work does not meet the required standards, it may give rise to complaints. These complaints can come from the persons involved in the execution, our clients, or any interested third parties. Therefore, De Beer Accountants & Tax Advisors has a complaints procedure in place. Whistleblower Procedure
In addition to the complaints procedure, De Beer Accountants & Tax Advisors also has a whistleblower procedure.
According to the applicable regulations, De Beer Accountants & Tax Advisors is required to have a whistleblower procedure. If there are differences of opinion or complaints about the conduct of De Beer Accountants & Tax Advisors B.V. or De Beer Audit B.V., or their employees, the whistleblower procedure can be used. The difference with the complaints procedure is that the whistleblower procedure can be conducted anonymously.
